I came upon a great website and blog about healthy eating that I want to recommend to everyone. This blog is all about making healthy eating choices in a world that overwhelms us with food choices that just aren’t very good for us.
In one of my first posts, I talked about a book that really changed my view of what food is and how we should eat. The book – In Defense of Food – also inspired Lisa Leake to reevaluate how she and her family were eating. She made some dramatic (and very healthy) changes and began blogging about the journey.
The result is a great website and resource for anyone interested in taking control of their food choices. I found the following post to be very helpful in explaining what she means by eating “real food.” I hope you find it helpful too!
