I particularly liked the section about micronutrients that our cells crave vs. macronutrients that provide calories, but are often devoid of the nutrients are cells need. Juicing provides those micronutrients.
In addition, many people find it difficult to consume the recommended daily intake of 5 or more vegetables and fruits per day. Juicing allows you to get these servings in quickly and enjoyably.
