garlicWe talk frequently about the concept of food as medicine.  In this week’s blog I want to share with you 5 food-medicines that you should try to incorporate into your life on a regular basis.

These foods/spices have amazing medicinal properties that different cultures have known about for centuries.  Just because they can’t be patented and sold by a big drug company doesn’t mean they aren’t effective at healing.

Quite to the contrary, many of the greatest healing substances are found in the foods we eat and in the nature that surrounds us.
