One of our goals in doing what we do is to help people learn how to live healthy, productive lives for as long as possible. As mentioned in the attached article – it is one of our ikigai – “the reason you wake up in the morning.”
In the course of my reading, I came upon this terrific article about some of the secrets to living to 100. You’ll be pleasantly surprised that virtually all of the 10 suggestions are pretty simple, and actually lots of fun!
As you’ll read, it should be no surprise that what you eat and drink has a lot to do with health and longevity. Many chronic diseases and conditions can be improved and cured by lifestyle changes that involve diet, exercise, and proper nutritional supplementation.
The social components outlined in the article are probably not ones that you would immediately think of, but after reading the article they really made sense to me. I know I’ll be incorporating these recommendations into my daily life, and I hope you find them helpful too.
