turkeyWe know that this can be a tough time of the year to maintain a healthy diet.  While we’re not going to go so far as to say that you can’t indulge in a few treats this holiday season, it is important to try to stay committed to a healthy lifestyle, especially if you know that getting off track can have some major health consequences.

I found this great article from Dr. Mark Hyman that offers some terrific advice on how to eat well and feel well this holiday season.  It has recipes as well as some suggestions for how you can plan ahead so you don’t put yourself in a position where you might overindulge.
